The mansion known as Chiefswood, sits atop the rolling hills along one of Canada's Heritage Rivers, The Grand River.  Mohawk Chief George H.M. Johnson built this mansion as a wedding present for his English bride, Emily.  Built from walnut trees from the Estate, it is laid out in a rare plank on plank construction.  Approximate square footage of the two floors is 2100 ft.
