Ontario Tall Grass Prairie Meadow»

Historic photographs suggest that the meadow consisted of shorter grasses that was not especially flower-filled.  The balance of 80 percent grasses to 20 percent wildflowers is historically correct.  The choice of flowers is also limited to species that are native to South Western Ontario and Six Nations.  Below is a list of some of the flowers that can found in the meadow.
